Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and that you have your proof of purchase ready.

  Choose Your Method

  Decide whether to return your item for free at any of our physical Strandbags retail locations or via our online mail-in portal.

  Package Your Item

  If returning by mail, securely pack the product in its original packaging and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
